Our Mission & Vision

Mission Statement

We intend to support and defend the Constitutions of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia. We intend to protect all of the citizens of Franklin County, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the United States. Under no circumstances will the Franklin County Militia tolerate members who advocate or commit acts of criminal violence, terrorism, or discrimination against those whom we are sworn to protect.

We intend to develop and build a strong unified network of self-reliant groups and individuals throughout our community that can band together in times of need. We will assist with recovery efforts in the event of Natural or Man-made disasters, and other community emergencies.

Upon request by the Franklin County Sheriff, we will provide an armed force to assist with legitimate law enforcement efforts or to defend the Constitutional Rights of all the citizens of Franklin County.
